How alerts work

The watch includes SOS alerts, GPS location and two-way communication with your emergency contacts. It uses a Spark SIM on the 4G network, works without a separate mobile phone or Wi-Fi, and requires monthly top-up.

For manual help, use the SOS function according to the device instructions. Fall detection is an optional feature; manual SOS provides another way to request help.
